目的:测定4种基源40批郁金药材中牻牛儿酮的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水(60∶40)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长210 nm。结果:牻牛儿酮进样量在0.045 8~0.687μg有良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率(n=6)为99.2%,牻牛儿酮含量在0.001 26%~0.224%。结论:提供了40批不同基源郁金药材中牻牛儿酮的含量,为科学制定郁金药材的质量标准提供数据支持。
Objective: To determine the content of geraniol in four batches of 40 tulip sources. METHODS: The mobile phase was eluted with acetonitrile-water (60:40) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 using an Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) column with reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography 210 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 9) for the injection of geraniol in the range of 0.045 8 ~ 0.687 μg, the average recovery was 99.2% (n = 6) and the content of geraniol was 0.001 26% ~ 0.224% . CONCLUSION: The content of geraniol in 40 batches of different sources of tulip herbs is provided, which provides the data support for the scientific development of the quality standard of tulip herbs.
