目的了解烟台市芝罘区游泳场所的卫生状况,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法依据国家标准对游泳场所的空气质量与游泳池水的相关卫生指标进行检测,并按GB 9667—1996《游泳场所卫生标准》对检测结果进行评价。结果 2013年-2015年游泳场所共监测空气285点,合格率为85.26%;共检测泳池池水水样301份,合格率为74.75%;3年合格率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。游泳场所空气质量总体良好,相对湿度合格率相对偏低;池水p H值、浑浊度、大肠菌群3项指标合格率均为100.00%;浸脚池余氯检测合格率为51.92%。8月合格率最低。结论芝罘区游泳场所卫生状况存在一定安全隐患,今后应加大对游泳场所的监督管理,完善量化分级制度,对不达标的单位责令整改,确保空气质量和游泳池水质符合国家标准。
Objective To understand the sanitary conditions of the swimming facilities in Zhifu District of Yantai City and provide a scientific basis for making prevention and control measures. Methods According to the national standards, the air quality of swimming places and the related health indexes of swimming pool water were tested, and the test results were evaluated according to GB 9667-1996 “Sanitary Standard of Swimming Pool”. Results A total of 285 points of air were monitored in the swimming pool from 2013 to 2015, with a pass rate of 85.26%. A total of 301 water samples were collected from the swimming pools, with a pass rate of 74.75%. There was no significant difference in passing rates at 3 years (P> 0.05 ). The air quality of the swimming pool was generally good and the pass rate of relative humidity was relatively low. The pass rate of p H value, turbidity and coliform bacteria in the water pool was 100.00%. The passing rate of remaining chlorine in the soaking pond was 51.92%. August the lowest pass rate. Conclusion The sanitary conditions of swimming in Zhifu district have some potential safety problems. In the future, the supervision and management of swimming places should be strengthened to improve the quantitative classification system. The units that do not meet the standards should be ordered to make corrections to ensure that the air quality and swimming pool water quality meet the national standards.
