为加强学校的食品卫生管理,保护学生的身心健康,于1996年2~6月,对日照市15所中小学校的27家食品经营单位进行食品卫生状况调查.报告如下:1 对象与内容根据国家和省有关要求,对学校内的副食品商店和学生食堂,进行了一次食品卫生检查,内容包括卫生许可证、从业人员健康检查合格证明、卫生知识培训合格证明(下称三证)发放情况,卫生管理制度.卫生设施、个人卫生、食品卫生等。
