针对目前斜井车场操车系统机械化程度低,安全隐患大、劳动强度大、生产效率低等特点,新庄孜煤矿通过对平移道岔的灵活利用,实现了-612 m~-812 m斜井上部车场操车系统机械化、自动化的改进,有效地提高了矿井的生产效率,降低了人为安全事故的发生,使煤矿运输系统安全性能大为提高。
In view of the low degree of mechanization, large potential safety hazard, heavy labor intensity and low production efficiency of the car handling system at the inclined well yard, the Xinzhuangzi coal mine realized the flexible upper-deck yard of -612 m ~ -812 m through the flexible utilization of the translated turnout The mechanization and automation improvement of the handling system effectively raised the production efficiency of the mine and reduced the occurrence of man-made accidents and greatly improved the safety performance of the coal transportation system.
