高学历员工的离职行为在知识经济环境下对企业的发展有较大的影响。对高学历员工离职影响因素的研究,有利于企业预防高学历员工的离职行为。本文将高学历员工离职因素分为五类:个人因素、与工作相关的因素、企业因素、态度因素、宏观环境因素,并根据国内现有研究成果提出今后可能的发展方向[1]。
The departure behavior of highly educated employees has a great influence on the development of enterprises in a knowledge economy environment. The research on the factors that affect the turnover of highly educated employees is beneficial to the prevention of the turnover behavior of highly educated employees. This article divides the factors of high-educated employee turnover into five categories: personal factors, job-related factors, corporate factors, attitude factors, macro-environmental factors, and proposes possible future development directions based on existing domestic research results [1].
