猪囊虫病在内眼感染率约占猪囊虫病的13～46%,多位于玻璃体内和视网膜下,而位于结膜下较少,约1.3%.本文总结6例儿童球结膜下猪囊尾蚴均经手术治愈,现作报道.一般资料:本组病例为1990～1997年我院治疗并记录在案者,均为单眼发病,其中男4例,女2例;右眼内眦部5例,左眼7点钟角膜缘球结膜下1例;年龄在8～12岁之间,平均9.7岁;所有病人既往有食米猪肉史.病程1～3年,5例有院外反复发作史和就医史.
