目的:研究地不容Stephania epigaea Lo中具有细胞毒活性的化学成分。方法:利用反复硅胶色谱柱进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和光谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离得到6个生物碱,分别鉴定为千金藤素(+)-cepharan-thine(1),轮环藤宁cycleanine(2),(-)-norcycleanine(3),isochondodendrine(4),delavaine(5)和runanine(6)。结论:生物碱3~6为首次从该植物中分得,1~4体外有肿瘤细胞毒活性。
Objective: To study the chemical components of cytotoxic activity in Stephania epigaea Lo. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography. The structures of compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data analysis. RESULTS: Six alkaloids were isolated and identified as captopril (+)-cepharan-thine (1), cyclinine (2), (-)-norcycleanine (3), isochondendrine (4), delavaine (5) and runanine (6). Conclusion: Alkaloids 3-6 were obtained from this plant for the first time, and 1-4 had tumor cytotoxicity in vitro.
