人力资源是企业经营管理与发展的重要因素之一,将其作为企业长期发展的一种战略进行管理,利用人力资源的稀缺性、难以复制性、价值性、难以替代性等独特优势,提高企业的生产经营竞争能力及市场竞争核心能力,为企业长期发展的战略目标的实现提供最佳的人力保障。将人力资源管理作为其的一种战略形式,不仅是对人员的流动性进行管理,更要对人员的价值、才能、才干等进行管理,明白企业需要的人才、已经拥有的人才,从而有针对性地培养符合企业需求的专业人才。笔者介绍了人力资源管理与竞争优势对于企业发展的重要性以及人力资源战略管理对于企业竞争优势的促进作用。
