露石水泥混凝土路面特有的露石表面,具有刚度大、高抗滑、低噪声、防眩等优点,广泛适用于城市道路交叉口、公路隧道、陡坡弯道等路段。通过对露石水泥混凝土试件(石灰岩集料和花岗岩集料)、刻槽普通混凝土试件和沥青混凝土试件进行耐磨性能试验,对比分析试件表面磨耗值变化,结合铺砂法测定试件磨耗表面的构造深度,探讨露石表面耐磨性能,并根据试验路段通车运行前后的露石表面构造深度衰减情况,分析露石水泥混凝土路面的露石表面抗滑持久的变化规律。
The unique exposed stone surface of the exposed stone cement concrete pavement has the advantages of large rigidity, high anti-skidding, low noise and anti-glare. It is widely used in urban road intersections, road tunnels and steep curves. Through the test of the wear resistance of concrete specimens of limestone aggregate (limestone aggregate and granite aggregate), grooved ordinary concrete specimens and asphalt concrete specimens, the change of surface abrasion value of the specimens was compared and analyzed, According to the depth attenuation of the surface roughness of the exposed dew before and after the running of the test section, the change rule of the anti-skid durability of the exposed stone surface of the dew and cement concrete pavement is analyzed.
