本文叙述了焊条、焊剂及焊丝的新进展。在焊条方面介绍了铁粉高效率焊条及其优缺点、低尘低毒焊条的研制方向,超低氢耐潮焊条的研制概况、低温高韧性焊条等;在焊剂方面介绍了低硅强氧化焊剂,Ti-B烧结焊剂,高碱度超低氢陶质焊剂;在焊丝方面介绍了气体保护焊实芯焊丝、气体保护焊活性焊丝、药芯焊丝。焊丝的今后研究方向是:交流粗丝药芯焊丝、低氢和超低氢型药芯焊丝,把药芯焊丝推广应用于窄间隙焊接,埋弧焊和电渣焊。
This article describes the new progress of welding rod, flux and welding wire. Introduced in the electrode aspects of the high efficiency of iron powder electrode and its advantages and disadvantages of low dust and low toxicity electrode research direction, the development of ultra-low hydrogen moisture electrode, low temperature and toughness of the electrode; introduced in the flux of low-silicon strong oxidizing flux, Ti-B sintered flux, high basicity ultra-low hydrogen ceramic flux; introduced in the welding wire gas shielded solid wire, gas shielded welding active wire, flux cored wire. Wire future research directions are: exchange of thick wire flux cored wire, low hydrogen and ultra-low hydrogen flux cored wire, the cored wire is widely used in narrow gap welding, submerged arc welding and electroslag welding.
