常规管理是学校的基础,但学校常规管理受各种因素的制约,常常有剪不断理还乱的感觉,如何加强常规管理?笔者认为,要重点解决以下三个问题:一、中层管理中的“疲软”状态在学校常规管理中,中层领导“无过就是功”的慵懒状态、年龄偏大不思进取的消极状态、怕教师评议低的不作为状态比比皆是。要克服管理疲软,激活管理活力,让每一位中层愿意做事、敢做事。
Routine management is the foundation of the school, but the routine management of the school is subject to various factors, often with the feeling of being unreasonable. How to strengthen the routine management?
