对27种食用菌甲醇提取物的抗癌作用进行了研究。试验材料及方法:各种菌均以甲醇热提取后回收甲醇浓缩待用,动物选用雌性ICR小鼠。将10μl TPA涂于小鼠右耳的内外两侧,受试物在涂TPA前30分钟涂布(20μl),并于致炎前、后6小时测定耳廓厚度,计算抑制率。另选两组小鼠先将二甲苯蒽(DMBA)涂于背部,7天后田TPA 1μg每周2次涂布促发,共20周,每次涂TPA前30分钟分别涂Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonij的甲醇提取物及空白溶液(丙酮-二甲基硫化
The anti-cancer effects of methanol extracts from 27 edible fungi were studied. Test materials and methods: All kinds of bacteria were extracted with methanol and heat-recovered and then concentrated in methanol.
