In order to improve understanding of labor physiology of plateau railway drivers, 36 crew members (A), who have been working in the Qinghai-Tibet Railway for a long time and aged 19-35 years and averaging 7.7 years in plateaus, 10 staff members aged 24 to 34 (group B) also performed cerebral blood flow comparison. The results showed that with the altitude changes of trains, the blood flow of group B slightly increased when the altitude was about 2300 m and the altitude was about 2700 m. When the altitude was about 3500 m, the cerebral blood flow increased significantly (P <0.01) Cerebral blood flow changes little (P> 0.05), suggesting that the two groups of changes in the plateau, physiological responses are not the same, A group has basically accustomed to the plateau environment, the response is small.
