在国际田径大赛中100米项目扣人心弦,影响力最大,非常具有观赏性。短跑项目是属于短时间爆发用力的运动项目,身体的功能主要由无氧代谢方式供给能量。而在田径项目中人体的生长发育规律一般在23岁左右处于巅峰状态,因此高校的高水平运动队训练是最容易出成绩的阶段。短跑训练应根据高校运动队青年运动员身心发展的规律,科学合 100 meters in the International Track and Field Competition exciting project, the most influential, very ornamental.
