本文以宁杂1号“三系”亲本和显性单基因控制的白花标记性状油菜为材料,研究了不育系宁A6在父母本不同行比种植下的结实率和自然异交率差异。结果表明,父母本行比在1∶1~1∶6范围内,母本宁A6的结角率差异不大,但结籽数随母本行比扩大显著下降,将父母本制种行比由目前的1∶2调整到2~4∶6,不仅有利于提高制种产量,而且便于亲本的栽培和管理。试验结果还表明,宁A6的自然异交率是同核异质保持系宁B6的433倍,在制种过程中不育亲本比可育亲本更易受外来花粉的污染,“三系”杂种的制种隔离距离应是常规油菜繁殖隔离距离的5倍以上。
In this study, we studied the differences of seed setting rate and natural rate of outgrowth of Ning A6, a sterile line Ning A6, under the control of different line ratios of parental lines. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the parents and the parents in the range of 1: 1 ~ 1: 6, but the number of seeds was significantly decreased with the increase of the parents’ From the current 1: 2 adjusted to 2 ~ 4: 6, not only help to improve seed production, but also to facilitate parental cultivation and management. The results also showed that the natural outcrossing rate of Ning A6 was 433 times higher than that of Ning B6, a non-nuclear maintainer of Ning A6. Pollen pollen was more susceptible to external pollens in sterile parents than in fertile parents during seed production. Hybrid seed production isolation distance should be conventional rape reproduction isolation distance of more than 5 times.
