随着我国人口老龄化社会的加剧,骨质疏松症的发病率不断上升,其最严重的并发症骨质疏松性骨折也逐渐成为了最常见的老年病之一。目前有很多方法可以用于预测及评估骨质疏松骨折,其中有限元模型分析法有可能成为最精确的预测方法。本文就骨质疏松性骨折预测的背景、现状及有限元模型的原理、应用和发展进行综述,旨在为有限元模型在骨质疏松性骨折预测及评估的相关研究提供理论参考。
As the aging population in our country aggravates, the incidence of osteoporosis continues to rise, and one of the most common complications of osteoporotic fractures has gradually become one of the most common forms of geriatric disease. At present, there are many ways to predict and evaluate osteoporotic fractures, of which finite element analysis is the most accurate prediction method. This review summarizes the background, current situation and the principle, application and development of osteoporotic fracture prediction in order to provide a theoretical reference for the research on the prediction and assessment of osteoporotic fracture using the finite element model.
