对小分子气体 ( C O、 H2 、 C O2 、 C H4 、 C2 H4 、 C2 H6 等) 在费托合成 重质产物 ( 即石 蜡) 中的溶解度进行了关联。研究表明, S R K 方程经过适当的改进可以对这种溶质分子尺寸与溶剂分 子尺寸差别很大的极端情形进行定量描述。通过对文献中29 个与费托合成相关的二元体系 ( 共406 组数据) 溶解度数据的回归, 得到了改进的 S R K 方程。该方程能够在蜡碳数范围为20 ~61 的体系中使用; 在此范围内, 平均绝对偏差小于6 % 。而且, 适当的外推也不致于引起太大的误差。
The solubility of small molecule gases (C 0, H 2, C O 2, C H 4, C 2 H 4, C 2 H 6, etc.) in the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis of heavier products (ie paraffin) was correlated. The results show that the S R K equation can be quantitatively described in the extreme case where the solute molecular size and the solvent molecular size are quite different after proper improvement. By regression of the solubility data of 29 binary systems related to Fischer-Tropsch synthesis (406 data sets in the literature), an improved SRK equation is obtained. This equation can be used in systems with wax carbon numbers in the range 20 to 61; within this range, the mean absolute deviation is less than 6%. Moreover, appropriate extrapolation does not cause too much error.
