紧张的华南电网 2001年9月6日上午,华南电网各调度中心一派紧张,仪表数字显示:在骄阳如火的珠江三角洲工业带,广东电网的统调负荷竟高达2008万千瓦,超出了广东省本地机组发电机总功率的20％。然而一切照常,广东各地均未拉闸限电,交流电的工作频率也未漂移。成千上万的工厂把产品送上铁路、公路和码头。因为外省的电力通过电网源源送入广东,这就是中国电力工业西电东送的伟大功绩。
