目前,在校大学生体育自我锻炼能力比较薄弱,为了培养学生终身体育的意识,促进身心全面发展、增强体质,提高体育自我锻炼的能力。本文采用了文献资料、访谈、观察逻辑分析等方法,对体育自我锻炼能力的内涵、价值及对体育自我锻炼的计划设计、知识技能掌握、知识转化、组织、适应能力进行了分析,以及对体育教学、课外活动、小团体运动体育自我锻炼能力的培养途径进行了探讨。以便为体育教学改革提供有益的参考。
At present, college students ’ability of self-training is relatively weak.
