旨在对高血压患者的信号平均心电图与超声心动图二者间预测左室质量的定量关系进行了研究方法与结果 作者自1992年10月至1993年8月间选择了住院的70岁以上的50例高血压伴有隐性冠心病患者,施行M型二维超声心动图、标准12导联心电图及信号平均心电图描记术.超声心电图排除束支阻滞或除外心房纤维性颤动.其中40例经抗高血压治疗.M型二维超声心电图根据Penn常规标准预测左室质量.左室质量公式以1.04[(LVID+PWT)~3-LVID~3]-13.6表示.在静息状态下记录X,Y,Z Frank正交导联信号平均心电图,13例连续滤波叠加150~210次心率(噪声=0.38MV±0.11).包括电压标准,持续时间及QRS复合波的总时间电压.4例应用标准常规心电图发现左室肥大.男女病人间的标准心电图与信号平均心电图检测左室肥大(n=29)与无左室肥大(n=21)
The aim of this study was to investigate the quantitative relationship between the signal-averaged ECG and echocardiography in hypertensive patients and to predict the quality of left ventricle. Methods and Results The authors selected hospitalized patients over 70 years old from October 1992 to August 1993 50 cases of hypertension with implicit coronary heart disease patients underwent M-type two-dimensional echocardiography, standard 12-lead ECG and signal-average electrocardiography echocardiography excluding bundle branch block or atrial fibrillation in which 40 cases After antihypertensive therapy, M type two-dimensional echocardiography was used to predict the left ventricular mass according to the Penn routine standard.The left ventricular mass formula was expressed as 1.04 [(LVID + PWT) ~ 3-LVID ~ 3] -13.6. X, Y, Z Frank orthogonal lead signal average electrocardiogram, 13 cases of continuous filtering superimposed 150 ~ 210 heart rate (noise = 0.38MV ± 0.11), including the voltage standard, duration and QRS complex total time voltage .4 cases Left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) was found by using standard ECG, and the standard ECG and signal-average ECG between male and female patients were detected in left ventricular hypertrophy (n = 29) and left ventricular hypertrophy (n = 21)
