用活动义齿修复牙列部分缺陷时，由于制作者忽略了(牙合)支托凹的预备和(牙合)支托的弯制，常给基牙造成严重磨损。鉴于目前这类报道较少，故将我科98例（112件）活动义齿对基牙磨损的原因进行探讨。临床资料1．本组98例活动修复体，按王征寿氏分类法统计：第一类48件，占42.86％；第二类3件，占2.86％：第五类29件，占25.89％；第六类32件，占28.87％。其中男性66人77件，女性32人35件。年龄最小34岁，最大68岁。112件修复体中34岁～45岁9件：45～55岁38件，55岁以上65件。2．活动
