针对民用机场水泥混凝土道面接缝嵌缝材料出现的病害,通过分析其损坏原因,选取典型的4类机场水泥混凝土道面接缝嵌缝材料(硅酮类、聚氨酯类、聚硫类、聚硫氨酯类)进行基本物理特性、与接缝壁槽黏结性和耐候性3个方面的性能测试。结合试验结果及国内外接缝嵌缝材料相关技术规范及标准,根据23℃拉伸模量将材料分为高弹性模量和低弹性模量两种类型,将表干时间、锥入度、弹性恢复率、拉伸模量、低温拉伸量、定伸黏结性、抗燃油浸入性、抗热性和抗燃性定为机场水泥混凝土道面接缝嵌缝材料的性能指标,并给出各指标技术要求。
