目的观察金振口服液对甲型H1N1流感病毒抑制作用。方法采用体外抗病毒实验,观察金振口服液对流感病毒的抑制作用;采用体内实验,以流感病毒感染小鼠,观察小鼠生存时间、死亡率及肺组织病变程度。结果金振口服液体外对甲型H1N1流感病毒有一定抑制作用,体内则能明显延长感染小鼠的生存时间,显著降低肺湿质量(P<0.05、0.01),减轻肺组织病变程度。结论金振口服液体内外均有一定的抗甲型H1N1流感病毒作用。 Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of Jinzhen Oral Liquid on influenza A (H1N1) virus. Methods In vitro antiviral experiments were used to observe the inhibitory effect of Jinzhen Oral Liquid on influenza virus. In vivo experiments were used to infect mice with influenza virus to observe the survival time, mortality and lung pathological changes. Results Jinzhen oral liquid had a certain inhibitory effect on influenza A (H1N1) virus. In vivo, it significantly prolonged the survival time of infected mice, significantly reduced lung wet weight (P<0.05, 0.01), and reduced lung pathological changes. Conclusion Jinzhen oral liquid has certain anti-H1N1 influenza virus effect both inside and outside.
