我国小学教师的培养只注重职前的教育,职后教育的重视度远远不够。要使小学教师能适应新时期基础教育发展要求,一方面要培养高质量的师范生,造就未来优秀的小学教师,另一方面应加强对小学教师的培训,不断提高小学教师职业的适应性,促进小学教师的专业发展。“顶岗实习,置换培训”的教育模式既是师范生实践教学的一种新模式,又是小学教师职前职后教育的桥梁。本文试从“顶岗实习,置换培训”的意义、模式、成效以及存在的问题等方面进行探讨,以期进一步完善这一小学教师教育实践教学的新模式,探索小学教师职前培养和职后培训相结合的做法。
