我是1985年从北京大学调入全国妇联管理干部学院的,在调入前我对学院的情况可以说是一无所知.记得调我时,全国妇联书记处书记王庆淑同志是这样对我讲的:“之所以调你来学院工作,是希望你能为妇女事业作点贡献.”身为妇女,我知道这句话的份量;而这句话足足使我感动了好一阵子.当我接到第二个调令来学院报到时,展现在我眼前的情景是万万没有想到的,觉得学院怎么那么小!我原本想,学院当然不能和北大相比,但总会有起码的规 I was transferred from Peking University to the All-China Women’s Federation Administration Institute in 1985 and before I transferred it, I knew nothing about the situation of the college.
