介绍了将传感技术、电子技术和计算机技术紧密结合的MM1∶1000摩擦磨损试验机的研制过程。所研制的试验机在Win dows界面下进行控制和表征,操作十分简单。研究表明:测试所得数据和图表详实有效,完全能满足要求。同时对设备的机械工作原理、控制电路、软件设计流程等也作了简单介绍。
The development of MM1: 1000 friction and wear testing machine which combines sensor technology, electronic technology and computer technology is introduced. The developed test machine is controlled and characterized under Win dows interface and the operation is very simple. The research shows that the data and graphs of the test are detailed and effective, which can fully meet the requirements. At the same time, the mechanical working principle, control circuit and software design flow of the equipment are also introduced briefly.
