目前,混合动力车越来越广泛地被推广应用。由于混合动力车用发动机只是电驱动的补充,因而其机油温度要比普通汽油车的低。分析了气缸内壁温度和机油温度对发动机摩擦的影响。研究结果表明,尽管机油温度对发动机摩擦的影响不大,但是,气缸内壁温度对活塞摩擦的影响却十分显著。研究认为,提高气缸内壁中段的温度是降低活塞摩擦的最有效途径。
At present, hybrid vehicles are more and more widely used. Because the hybrid vehicle engine is only an electric drive to supplement, so its oil temperature is lower than the average gasoline car. The influence of cylinder wall temperature and oil temperature on engine friction was analyzed. The results show that although the influence of oil temperature on engine friction is not significant, the influence of cylinder wall temperature on piston friction is significant. Research suggests that increasing the temperature in the middle of the cylinder wall is the most effective way to reduce piston friction.
