采用菌丝生长速率法测定了6种杀菌剂对韭菜灰霉病菌的毒力。结果表明,50%咯菌腈WP对病菌的毒力最强,EC50为4.068 2 mg/L;50%腐霉利WP次之,EC50为5.797 0 mg/L;其他药剂40%嘧霉胺SC、10%苯醚甲环唑WG、50%腐霉.福美双WP、75%百菌清WP的EC50值分别为6.384 1、6.449 1、6.686 5、6.746 8 mg/L。在田间施用50%咯菌腈WP、50%腐霉利WP、75%百菌清WP进行防效对比试验结果表明,咯菌腈防效最高,达63.41%。
The mycelial growth rate method was used to determine the toxicity of 6 fungicides to Botrytis cinerea.
