径向水平旋转钻孔技术是一种通过在油层中钻出多个大于10 m的生产流道,解除近井地带污染,建立或恢复储层油气流通道,提高产量的有效手段。从地质情况、工程设计、施工情况等几个方面,详细介绍了径向水平旋转钻孔技术在雷97井的应用情况。在该井S4层位3 121.1~3 205.4 m井段,通过软轴旋转驱动微型钻头从开窗窗口钻进地层,在高压水力喷射下高速破岩,快速完成了13个孔眼的施工,单个孔眼的钻进长度在1 0~1 4 m,解除了近井污染,增大了泄油面积,试油效果显著。施工符合设计要求,应用效果显著,具有很大的应用前景和推广价值。
