本工作进行了板状焊接钢接头在空气中的常幅疲劳试验;和在海水中的常幅腐蚀疲劳试验(加载频率为0.2Hz,应力比 R=-1,海水温度~20℃,阴极保护负电位~850mV,SCE)。将两者试验结果比较,初步表明,钢接头海水腐蚀疲劳的平均寿命约为空气中的1/2到1/3。本工作还进行了焊缝经过 TIG 熔修的试件的试验,初步结果表明,TIG 熔修处理明显地增加了焊接接头的海水腐蚀疲劳(有阴极保护)寿命.
In this work, the fatigue test of plate-like welded steel joint in air was carried out frequently. The fatigue test of constant amplitude corrosion in seawater (loading frequency was 0.2Hz, stress ratio R = -1, seawater temperature ~ 20 ℃, cathodic protection Negative potential ~ 850mV, SCE). The comparison of the two test results shows that the average fatigue life of steel joints is about 1/2 to 1/3 of that in air. The work also carried out the weld TIG welding repair test specimens, the preliminary results show that TIG welding repair significantly increased corrosion of seawater welded joints fatigue (cathodic protection) life.
