目的:探讨p53、自噬相关基因Beclin1的表达及与唾液腺多形性腺瘤之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测108例唾液腺多形性腺瘤、20例癌在多形性腺瘤中的p53及自噬相关基因Beclin1的表达,并结合临床病理因素进行分析。采用SPSS20.0软件包对数据进行统计分析。结果:p53在多形性腺瘤中的阳性率(9%)显著低于癌在多形性腺瘤中(14%)(P<0.001);Beclin1在多形性腺瘤中的阳性率(91%)则显著高于癌在多形性腺瘤中(11%)(P<0.001),但2种基因的表达与患者的性别、年龄、生长时间、肿瘤大小、位置和复发等(P>0.05)无显著相关性。p53与Beclin1在多形性腺瘤中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.330,P<0.05)。结论:p53与Beclin1蛋白表达水平与多形性腺瘤发生、发展关系密切。肿瘤发生过程中,细胞自噬作用降低和抗凋亡作用增强同时并存,提高自噬能力将成为肿瘤治疗的又一途径。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of p53, autophagy-related gene Beclin1 and pleomorphic adenoma of salivary gland. Conclusion: The expression of p53 and Beclin1 protein is closely related to the occurrence and development of pleomorphic adenoma. During the process of tumorigenesis, the decrease of autophagy and anti-apoptotic effect co-exist, and the improvement of autophagy will become another way of tumor treatment.
