三峡工程是一个系统工程,它涉及水利、电力、航运、地质、地理等领域及自然景观问题,兴建三峡工程对长江中下游防洪,缓解华中、华东电力短缺及改善川江航运具有重要的意义。本文采用地理学、生态学、环境学、气象学、农艺学、统筹学、经济学、统计学相互交叉的观点为指导,以实地调查资料为依据,系统分析了三峡建设中的有利因素与不利条件,特别论证了资源保护与经济发展的关系,提出了相应的对策,为三峡库区经济开发战略提供科学依据,必将对国家决策部门起到应有的咨询作用。
The Three Gorges Project is a systematic project involving water conservancy, electricity, shipping, geology, geography and other natural landscape issues. It is of great significance to construct the Three Gorges Project to prevent floods in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, ease the power shortage in central and eastern China, and improve the shipping in the Chuanjiang River. Guided by the views of geography, ecology, environmental science, meteorology, agronomy, integrated science, economics and statistics, this paper systematically analyzes the favorable factors and unfavorable factors of the Three Gorges Project based on the field survey data Conditions, especially the relationship between resource protection and economic development, and put forward corresponding countermeasures to provide a scientific basis for the economic development strategy of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area, which will surely play an advisory role to the state policy-making departments.
