目的优化樟树叶黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件。方法在单因素的基础上,采用正交实验设计法,以总黄酮得率为指标,考察提取时间、提取温度、固液比、乙醇体积分数4个提取因素的最佳水平。结果樟树叶黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数为70%、固液比1∶30、提取温度80℃、提取时间120min。通过验证在此条件下樟树叶黄酮提取率可达4.69%。结论该提取工艺简单可靠,合理可行,该研究为樟树叶黄酮开发提供一定参考依据。
Objective To optimize the extraction of flavonoids from camphor leaves. Methods On the basis of single factor, using orthogonal experiment design method, taking the total flavonoid yield as an index, we investigated the optimum extraction time, extraction temperature, solid-liquid ratio and ethanol volume fraction. Results The optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids from camphor leaf were: ethanol volume fraction 70%, solid-liquid ratio 1:30, extraction temperature 80 ℃ and extraction time 120 min. Through the verification under this condition, the extraction rate of camphor leaf flavonoids up to 4.69%. Conclusion The extraction process is simple and reliable, reasonable and feasible. This study provides a reference for the development of camphor leaf flavonoids.
