以Si-H双封端硅油和烯丙基聚醚为原料,通过硅氢加成,进行无溶剂体系PEO-b-PDMS-b-PEO共聚物的催化合成。系统考察了氯铂酸分子中胺类分子的掺杂种类及用量、反应时间和反应温度对反应体系Si-H转化率的影响。结果表明:当Bu3N以n(N)/n(Pt)=1的量对H2PtCl6进行掺杂,且反应温度为90℃及反应时间为6.5h时,反应体系Si-H转化率可达最大值82.9%。最后,采用FT-IR、DLS和TEM对产物结构及其水溶液自组装胶束形态进行了表征。
The synthesis of solvent-free system PEO-b-PDMS-b-PEO copolymer was carried out by hydrosilylation using Si-H double-terminated silicone oil and allyl polyether as raw materials. The influence of the type and amount of amine molecules in the chloroplatinic acid molecule, the reaction time and the reaction temperature on the Si-H conversion of the reaction system was systematically investigated. The results show that the conversion of Si-H reaches the maximum when Bu3N is doped with n (N) / n (Pt) = 1 and the reaction temperature is 90 ℃ and the reaction time is 6.5h 82.9%. Finally, FT-IR, DLS and TEM were used to characterize the product structure and its self-assembled micelles.
