鳞石英、α-石英、硅胶3种同分异构体粉尘(SiO_2粉尘)所致肺纤维化能力不同。本实验用3科粉尘经气管注入大鼠肺部,对其肺Ⅱ型上皮细胞的病理改变,进行了电镜和光镜观察.结果发现,各实验组大鼠的肺Ⅱ型上皮细胞的病理改变与肺整体改变,具有一致性和同步性.并发现Ⅱ型上皮细胞有一定的吞噬能力
