废旧装载机中大部分零部件可以回收重用。如果能够回收重用,既可以带来经济效益又具有良好社会效益。基于此,分析装载机废旧零部件重用特点和重要性后,建立装载机零部件可重用性的评价体系,并根据评价体系运用层次分析法计算评价指标相对权重,在此基础上采用模糊评估法提出一种广泛适用的评价方法,对废旧零部件的重用性进行评估,为整个装载机废旧零部件回收重用提供理论依据,使回收重用过程更加高效、系统。最后以装载机用活塞杆为例说明整个评价过程。
Most of the components in the used loader can be reused. If it can be recycled and reused, it can bring both economic benefits and good social benefits.
