随着信息技术和知识经济的迅猛发展,无边界职业生涯时代的来临,使得组织和个体正面临着新的变化和调整。文章从无边界职业生涯匹配的影响因素出发,分析了组织职业生涯演化和个体职业生涯发展的相互关系。借鉴系统动力学基本理论和建模方法,提出了无边界职业生涯匹配影响因素的因果关系模型,并对组织职业生涯和个体职业生涯需求位势差异匹配的前因关系进行了论证,在此基础上构建了无边界职业生涯匹配动力模型,说明了不同层次职业生涯匹配强度和不同主体需求位势集成动力之间的演进关系。
With the rapid development of information technology and knowledge-based economy, advent of borderless career era has brought new changes and adjustments to organizations and individuals. Based on the influencing factors of the career matching without borders, the article analyzes the relationship between organizational career evolution and individual career development. Based on the basic theories and modeling methods of system dynamics, this paper proposes a causal relationship model of influential factors of borderless career matching, and demonstrates the antecedents of the causal relationship between organizational careers and individual occupational career differences. Based on this, Builds a dynamic model of borderless career matching, and illustrates the evolutionary relationship between different levels of career matching intensity and potential motivation of different subject needs.
