本文应用胃癌组织和胃癌细胞株接种Rowett裸大鼠及BALB/c裸小鼠,成功地建立了两种荷瘤裸鼠模型。采用氯铵T碘化法将~(125)I、~(131)I标记于抗人胃癌单克隆抗体GMG1:1D1-2。标记率为68％,IF和RIA法测定标记物显示仍保持明显的抗体活性。标记后的GMG1:1D1-2注入荷人胃癌裸
In this study, gastric cancer tissues and gastric cancer cell lines were inoculated into Rowett’s nude rats and BALB/c nude mice. Two tumor-bearing nude mice models were successfully established. The ~(125)I,~(131)I was labeled with anti-human gastric cancer monoclonal antibody GMG1:1D1-2 using ammonium chloride T iodination method.
