本文采用阻抗法测定血小板聚集性,观察异佛司可林对大鼠和豚鼠全血血小板聚集的影响,结果表明:异佛司可林对ADP,AA诱导的大鼠及PAF诱导的豚鼠全血血小板聚集均有抑制作用,IC50分别为3.45,3.83和2.85mg·L-1,静注异佛司可林(5.10mg·kg-1)对上述3种诱导剂诱导的聚集也有抑制作用,提示异佛司可林对血小板3条活化途径的抑制无明显选择性,其抗血小板聚集作用的机理可能是通过激活腺苷酸环化酶,升高血小板内cAMP水平实现的.
In this paper, the platelet aggregation was measured by impedance method and the effect of isofoscil on whole blood platelet aggregation in rats and guinea pigs was observed. The results showed that isofoschirone induced ADP, AA-induced rat and PAF-induced whole blood of guinea pig Platelet aggregation were inhibited, with IC50 of 3.45,3.83 and 2.85mg · L-1, intravenous isofoscilin (5.10mg · kg-1) induced by the above three kinds of inducer Aggregation also inhibited, suggesting that isofoscholine inhibition of platelet activation of three obvious selectivity, the mechanism of its anti-platelet aggregation may be activated by adenylyl cyclase, increased platelet cAMP levels achieved .
