尽管我国资本市场在近几年取得了不俗的成绩,但由于我国资本市场尚处于发展的早期阶段,一些结构性、机制性问题依然存在,在诸多方面与发达国家成熟市场仍存在一定差距。同时,此次金融危机之后,世界经济结构孕育深刻变革,原有的经济增长模式难以为继,全球经济将进入一个结构性调整的进程,资本市场的竞争无疑仍是新一轮调整的战略制高点,因此,我国资本市场的改革发展任重而道远。作为监管机构需要及早制定相关战略和措施,未来一段时期内,应重点关注以下六个方面的问题:大力发展创业板市场;深化发行体制改革;建设场外交易市场;推动债券市场发展;推动资本市场国际化以及股权基金的监管问题。 Although China’s capital market has achieved good results in recent years, as China’s capital market is still in its early stages of development, some structural and institutional problems still exist, and there are still some gaps with developed markets in developed countries in many aspects.
