研究目的:扣件的正确设计和科学安装是提高铁路钢轨线性的有效保证。轨道准确稳定的线性是高速列车安全运营的前提。通过对某高速铁路用CRTS Ⅱ型轨道板生产情况的调查,在存板区发现有CRTS Ⅱ型轨道板预组装的无砟有挡肩扣件松动、螺栓上浮等现象,对此进行分析,结合传统有砟轨道的扣件安装,提出一些既能发挥扣件功能、又能保证施工质量的建议。研究结论:通过分析与研究得出如下结论:将单头螺栓改为双头螺栓,并经过防水处理后,可以杜绝水浸入预埋套管的途径,有效防止水结冰融化造成螺栓上浮的病害;改变扣件的弹性胶垫螺栓孔的形状和位置,在每一个扣件上增加一个螺母,可以起到止水的作用;变更后的轨道空间位置特性(线路的平面曲线、竖曲线、空间坐标)将更加稳定,为列车安全运行奠定了基础。
Research purposes: The correct design of fasteners and scientific installation is an effective guarantee to improve rail linearity. The accurate and stable linear orbit is the premise of the safe operation of high-speed trains. Through the investigation on the production of CRTS Ⅱ type track slab on a high-speed railway, it is found that there are phenomena of loosening and bolt floating in the pre-assembled CRTS Ⅱ track plate in the deposit area, Traditionally, the installation of fasteners on ballast rails has put forward some suggestions that can not only play the function of fasteners but also ensure the construction quality. Research conclusions: The conclusions drawn from the analysis and research are as follows: Changing the single-head bolt to the double-headed bolt and waterproofing can prevent the water from immersing in the buried sleeve and effectively prevent the floating of the bolt caused by the freezing of water icing ; Change the shape and position of the elastic pad bolt hole of the fastener, add a nut on each fastener, which can play the role of water stop; the changed orbit spatial position characteristics (the curve of the line plane, vertical curve, space Coordinates) will be more stable, laid the foundation for the safe operation of the train.
