本文介绍由微处理器组成的控制线切割机床用的专用微型机系统。共分三个部分。第一部分介绍比较典型的微处理器数控系统的硬件结构。第二部分讲解一种新的采用绝对座标制的线切割控制算法。由于建立了新的终点判别准则,使得编制加工程序时不再需要计算线段交点坐标和计数长度,并实现了自动加工两切圆(过渡圆弧)和两切线(内、外公切线)。第三部分举例介绍用新的编程语言编制加工程序的方法。
This article describes the microprocessor-based control of wire cutting machine with a dedicated microcomputer system. Divided into three parts. The first part introduces the hardware structure of a typical microprocessor numerical control system. The second part explains a new line cutting control algorithm using absolute coordinate system. Due to the establishment of a new criterion for the determination of the end point, it is no longer necessary to calculate the coordinates and the length of the intersection points of the line segments when machining programs are programmed. The automatic processing of two tangent circles (transitional arcs) and two tangent lines (internal and external male tangent lines) is realized. The third section gives an example of how to program a machining program with a new programming language.
