以咕吨类显色剂水相分光光度测定钽已有不少报道,但络合物的稳定性及选择性等均不能完全使人满意。我们合成了2,7-二羟基萤光素(2,7-Dihydroxyfluorescein简称DHF),该试剂在乙醇中稳定。本文着重研究了钽、DHF与不同类型的辅助配位体及不同类型的表面活性剂组成混配络合体系的行为,所组成的络合物都十分稳定、灵敏。其中Ta-DHF-H_2tart-CPB体系的表观摩尔吸光系数2.03×10~5,可能是目前水相显色测定钽最灵敏的方法。
There are many reports on the determination of tantalum by aqueous phase spectrophotometry with xanthones, but the stability and selectivity of the complexes are not completely satisfactory. We synthesized 2,7-dihydroxyfluorescein (DHF), which is stable in ethanol. This article focuses on the tantalum, DHF with different types of auxiliary ligands and different types of surfactants mixed with complex system behavior, the composition of the complexes are very stable and sensitive. Among them, the apparent molar absorptivity 2.03 × 10 ~ 5 of Ta-DHF-H 2 tart-CPB system may be the most sensitive method for the determination of tantalum by aqueous phase.
