本实验用改良的langendorff模型灌流离体大鼠心脏,探讨心肌细胞本身或血管内皮细胞,是否在缺血再灌注时也参与了血栓素A_2(TXA_2)的释放,并探讨川芎嗪对TXA_2的影响。结果显示心肌缺血后再灌注时冠脉回流液中TXB_2含量增多,6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)(6-keto-PGF_(1α))相对减少,TXB_2/6-keto-PGF_(1α)比值增高,乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)释放增多。说明川芎嗪能促进6-keto-PGF_(1α)的产生,且能够抑制TXB_2和LDH的释放。
In this experiment, a modified langendorff model was used to perfuse isolated rat hearts, and whether myocardial cells or vascular endothelial cells were involved in the release of thromboxane A 2 (TXA 2 ) during ischemia-reperfusion, and to explore the effect of tetramethylpyrazine on TXA_2 . The results showed that the content of TXB_2 in the coronary artery recirculation fluid increased after myocardial ischemia and reperfusion, and the 6-keto-prostaglandin F_(1α) (6-keto-PGF_(1α)) decreased relatively. TXB_2/6-keto-PGF_(1α) The ratio increased and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release increased. It shows that tetramethylpyrazine can promote the production of 6-keto-PGF_(1α) and inhibit the release of TXB_2 and LDH.
