目的了解新疆维吾尔自治区疆内初中班学生的麻疹免疫水平,为有针对性地开展麻疹防治提供依据。方法随机抽取疆内初中班学生80名,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)定量检测疆内初中班学生血清麻疹Ig G抗体。结果疆内初中班学生麻疹抗体几何平均滴度(GMT)为1 036,阳性率86.2%,保护率42.5%,与本地同龄学生比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.04,P<0.05),疆内初中班男女学生麻疹抗体水平差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.02,P>0.05)。结论加强对疆内初中班学生麻疹强化免疫,防止麻疹在学校内爆发流行。
Objective To understand the level of measles immunity among Xinjiang middle school students in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and provide evidence for the targeted prevention and treatment of measles. Methods Eighty junior middle school students were randomly selected and the serum IgM antibodies of Xinjiang middle school students were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The geometric mean titer (GMT) of measles antibody in Xinjiang middle school students was 1036, the positive rate was 86.2% and the protection rate was 42.5%, which was significantly different from that of local students (χ2 = 5.04, P <0.05) There was no significant difference in measles antibody level between male and female students in junior middle school in Xinjiang (χ2 = 0.02, P> 0.05). Conclusion Strengthen the measles immunization of junior middle school students in Xinjiang to prevent the outbreak of measles in school.
