阐述了卫星制造企业生产及管理的特点，分析了卫星制造企业管理宽放时间产生的原因、管理宽放时间的影响要素及表现形式，提出了缩小管理宽放时间的四点对策
The characteristics of production and management of satellite manufacturing enterprises are described. The reasons for the management of wide-ranging time for satellite manufacturing enterprises, the factors affecting the management and release time, and the forms of expression are analyzed. Four countermeasures are proposed to reduce the management and release time.
