煤炭作为重要能源物质,是一种固体可燃有机岩,主要是植物遗体经过生物化学作用,埋藏后由地质作用转变而成。在目前被广泛的应用能够在电力、钢铁和化工企业之中,然而由于燃煤产生的物质对环境、空气和水资源造成极大的影响和危害,甚至能够形成“温室效应”、“酸雨问题”“臭氧层破坏”等环境问题。在火电厂采用循环流化床锅炉已成为燃煤脱硫的主要装置,是一种先进、高效的煤燃烧方式。本文结合作者火电厂工作经验,详细介绍了循环流化床锅炉燃料输送系统的组成与优化设计措施。
Coal, as an important energy source, is a kind of solid combustible organic rock, which is mainly composed of the remains of plants that undergo biochemistry and are transformed by geological changes after burial. At present, it is widely used in power, steel and chemical industries. However, the substance produced by coal combustion can even cause a great impact and harm to the environment, air and water resources and can even form a “greenhouse effect” “Acid rain problem ” “ozone layer damage ” and other environmental issues. In the thermal power plant using circulating fluidized bed boiler has become the main device for coal-fired desulfurization, is an advanced and efficient way of coal combustion. Combined with the author’s experience in thermal power plant, this paper introduces in detail the composition of fuel delivery system of circulating fluidized bed boiler and the optimal design measures.
