黑龙江航运集团有限公司是黑龙江水系国有骨干运输企业。现有运输船舶350艘,21万吨位,总资产11亿元,员工8600人;主要从事黑龙江、松花江、乌苏里江、嫩江等黑龙江水系四大干流的水上运输、港口装卸及水上相关服务业。除砂石生产以外的长线运输航线全面布局,占有水系市场份额的60%以上,年营运收入2.5亿元,2001年亏损2750万元。 企业在市场中的竞争对手主要来自两个方面。一是运输方式之间的竞争,主要反映在与铁路、公路之间的竞争。二是水系船东之间的竞争,即包括与国内船东的竞争,也包括在外贸运输上与俄罗斯船公司之间的竞争。由于总体的货源市场日趋萎缩,新航线开辟难度大,市场竞争异常激烈。
