近红外光谱学与化学计量学在中成药液体制剂过程分析中的应用

近红外光谱技术是一种快速、无损的分析方法,化学计量学可以用于复杂数据的分析处理。将近红外光谱技术与化学计量学结合,可以作为中药制药过程控制的一种强有力的工具。近年来,近红外光谱技术已经较为广泛地应用于中药制药过程控制或在线监测。将重点介绍化学计量学和近红外光谱技术在中成药液体制剂方面的应用进展,主要应用领域包括:定性、定量分析方法和中成药液体制剂生产过程监控。 Near-infrared spectroscopy is a fast, nondestructive analytical method that can be used for the analysis and processing of complex data. The combination of near infrared spectroscopy and chemometrics can be a powerful tool for the control of traditional Chinese medicines. In recent years, near infrared spectroscopy has been widely used in traditional Chinese medicine process control or on-line monitoring. The application progress of chemometrics and near-infrared spectroscopy in the liquid formulations of proprietary Chinese medicines will be highlighted. The main application fields include: qualitative and quantitative analysis methods and the monitoring of the production process of proprietary Chinese liquid formulations.
