采用单因素分析结合正交试验的方法,研究了九眼独活类黄酮超声辅助提取的工艺条件,利用清除DP-PH自由基的能力和还原力作为指标测定了九眼独活类黄酮的抗氧化活性。结果表明:九眼独活类黄酮提取的优化工艺条件为乙醇体积分数30%,提取时间60 min,固液比1∶75,提取温度80℃,此时类黄酮的提取率为1.35%,九眼独活类黄酮对DPPH自由基有较好的清除效果,呈明显的剂量-效应关系,清除率达到78.88%,同时其还原力与浓度也呈现良好的线性关系(R2=0.9855)。
Using univariate analysis combined with orthogonal test, the conditions of ultrasound-assisted extraction of Jiuyeansheng flavonoids were studied. The anti-oxidative activity of flavonoids of Jiuyeansheng active flavonoids was determined by scavenging DP-PH free radical and reducing power as indexes . The results showed that the extraction conditions of flavonoids from Jiuyeansong active flavonoids were as follows: the volume fraction of ethanol was 30%, the extraction time was 60 min, the solid-liquid ratio was 1:75, the extraction temperature was 80 ℃, the extraction rate of flavonoids was 1.35% The synergistic effect of synergistic effect of DPPH free radical on flavonoid free radical scavenging activity was found in the synergistic effect of flavonoids from geniposide with a clear dose-effect ratio of 78.88% and a good linear relationship (R2 = 0.9855).
